NOTES:
The registration fees "For the Whole Conference" includes delegate kit, conference materials, access to opening/closing ceremonies and all the scientific sessions, poster sessions, tea/coffee during the breaks, welcome reception/dinner, two lunches, accompanying person's tours, and excursion to major tourist destinations within the Kathmandu valley.

Please make sure that your name and address appear clearly on all payment documents. Bank transfers received without the name of the participant cannot be processed. The organizers are not responsible for payments not sent as stated above. A copy of the bank transfer document should be attached while submitting the ICIDN-2025 Registration Form. link

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Registered participants unable to attend the ICIDN-2025 will receive a full refund less a USD 50.00 administration fee, provided that a written request is received by the Secretariat on or before November 15, 2025.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after November 15, 2025.
Only written requests for cancellations and refunds will be accepted by the conference organizers. Refunds will be made after completion of the conference.
Onsite Registration
Onsite registrations will be accepted only on prior agreement with the participant and organizer, but the conference materials may be limited. Participants planning to register onsite are advised to arrive early. Onsite registration will proceed on a first-come, first-served basis. The timetable for onsite registration will be updated later in the Programs page.
